Miniature - Miniature Fair and A Doll's House - 13 and February 14 in Milan to a friend

So let's face it, sometimes not easy to retrieve all the accessories that serve to enrich our tiles with fine details, especially to find those that can adapt as size.
Right now for example I need a plant prickly pear, you got it, a prickly pear, to be sure I could improvise, maybe with pasta corn, but ... .. it happens in the coming days there will be a fair that has the air to be very interesting!

I run on the web to understand what it is incredible ... and what they expose themselves!

do not know if I will return home with a prickly pear, but surely I'm going to browse through these miniature marvels!

ADMINISTRATION disarray TOTAL: MANDIAMOLI HOME!

Cari lettori,

In short, so on and so forth.

not deny there to be a person who likes to browse, and if you really want to know, I would snoop on those who are "good" intentions of the administration. But let's degrees.

For several months, the majority will meet with an element less, the director Pasquale Ciallella, plus others in the process of leaving, see the Corona B. and other democrat, if the items they see a young scion "candidate for mayor should be final confirmation (but now believe there is no more doubt about the next candidate).

Setting aside at least for now The bellyache of aspiring democrat mayor, I can say something about the Ciallella companion.

In one of our chance meeting on a cold morning in mid-December I got to learn to mouth the same some reason that prompted him to leave . First, the Council emphasizes that the choice to take the field for some years now this with the teams of the "monarchy" Masiello was to choose the least worst (since Ciallella is not the only adviser to declare it, we wonder what he thinks the mayor to be seen as "least worst"). Continue on to say, with tone a little 'evasive, that " now the administration is too far from the real problems of the people " (and how he's wrong!).

We salute you and if the former adviser goes well, we can collect some of his statement about the incident.

Meanwhile returns the current issue waste : in Piazza Umberto I, for example, glass containers are packed and the bags occupy a 'large enough even in the parking area adjacent. All this in just a few meters from the town square!

Meanwhile, the garbage rate arrived. I personally ask for payment in installments for the new rate and payment in installments for the backlog, as are several hundred that I have to pay €.

not be better for other citizens, as the complaints are heard and are also much, much more than by individuals and businesses.

Meanwhile I learn that about 80% of the Neapolitans do not pay the installment to the municipality for garbage. How to blame him?

The pharmacy is closed, the discomfort increases, older people are in serious trouble, and the news of a possible reopening of the mayor are absent or esprime in merito.

CHAGALL IN THE WORLD OVER

Così racconta Marc Chagall (1887 - 1985) his "world upside down:" A man walking needs to be reflected in a contrast to emphasize its similar to his movement, "there is a vertical vessel, it must fall to prove its stability ".

The spirituality of his work is rooted in his Jewish roots as well as the folklore in his Russian origins. A revolutionary painting of the sign ruled by anarchy, which distorts the preset and the thought itself becomes a eulogy to the contrary.

Una pittura certamente originale quella di Chagall che non nasconde i suoi riferimenti ai movimenti d’avanguardia del suo tempo e that combines poetry and imagination in a magical universe and anachronistic, and telling us about the melancholy joys of his humanity.

; ; NATIONAL MUSEUM
EMIGRATION
                                                     ITALIANA (MEI)

Questo è il percorso espositivo del Museo Nazionale dell´ Emigrazione Italiana set up in the Hall of Gipsoteca Vittoriano Complex in Rome that aims to reflect on our history of being Italian. A process of identity formation in a foreign land, shared by immigrants from different regions of Italy in the knowledge and respect for diversity. The Museum was inaugurated on October 23, 2009 in the Victorian landmark of the community of Italians in Italy and worldwide. Emigration in the last decades of the `800 has involved many regions of Italy and the highest number of departures has been descending into Veneto, Friuli, Piedmont, Lombardy and Campania. In the first fifteen years of the twentieth century, Sicily was the region with the highest number of starts, followed by Campania, Veneto, Piedmont and Lombardy. After World War II there is instead a flow of migration from southern regions to the north of Italy, emphasizing southern discomfort in terms of employment and empowerment. In recent decades, Italy has become a country of immigration, expanding their cultural boundaries and questioning the roots of their Italian character. Not an Italy alone, but many different realities recount the difficulties of a multicultural still struggling to identify a single, still holding the live debate on national identity.

E ancora la pittura raffinata di Lorenzo Lotto, Domenico Tintoretto (figlio di Jacopo) e Veronese, attentive to the emotional impulses of which is an example "The alms of Santa Cristina" (1580) by Paolo Veronese. The seventeenth-century Venice to accept the language of the early Renaissance from the splendor of Titian, Giorgione, discovering a new classicism. Finally, the painting of Tiepolo exhibition concludes by bringing in the eighteenth century, in the great period of naturalism with the painters Canaletto and expression of a rational and secular culture. The delicate atmosphere of Pietro Longhi, with its representations of the custom and culture of Venice close this interesting exhibition on Italian art and the extraordinary artistic culture of the Serenissima.

Saranno queste giornate ancora buie, o questa nebbia che avvolge ogni cosa scoprendo a tratti una natura che ancora dorme, sarà per questo e altro che  è sempre più forte il desire for a sunbeam, or the caress of a breeze , even along with his eyes the flight of seagulls reading the story of Jonathan Livingston who was not content just to fly ...

Decoupage and recovery, that is: do not throw anything away ! Rip

These, in general items that might be a drastic and positive change.

Even larger is the field that includes all the accessories that can be used to beautify or enrich with further details of our work, especially when we talk about shingles house!

fake flowers (eg those favors)
ribbons (satin, nylon, twine, etc.)
bows of various kinds and feature
Bandages (yes, when you create textured environments are and how!)
Remains of cloth of all kinds (think about how we can help when you need them on the tendon tiles ..)
Cork (caps or under-pot) elements of costume jewelry
And what about what we can offer nature: shells, stones, sand (which is the end of the a bit 'bigger), branches, leaves (especially with the beautiful autumn colors!)

In short, this is roughly a small "handbook" of recovery, but I guarantee that once you enter in this line of thinking, the rest goes without saying, of course you have to some extend the house to keep everything, but think about how it would cost to buy these materials!

Happy recovery to all!

When Listening To Locks What Do You Listen For?

copyright and emotions with decollage by Mimmo Rotella and poems on display in Milan Alda Merini

These days, the curiosity about the decorative techniques has led me to visit an exhibition in Milan and I like to talk about because it can be a source of inspiration for those who like to experiment with different methods from the "decoupage ", or integrate it with other techniques.

scan the pages of a newspaper I had been attracted by "Decollage" which honestly knew very little, from there visit to better understand what it was.

As you can guess, is a   collage al contrario basato sullo strappo di fogli già incollati.

Notevole a mio parere è l’allestimento multimediale delle sale dedicate alla vita e le poesie di Alda Merini, especially where the last words and effects represent all its drama the myth of Marilyn.

The exhibition is staged at the Palazzo Reale, Milan

Recycling gifts? No thanks, you retrieve with decoupage!

and start again, now finished all the holidays we are ready to face (with great difficulty, let us say) the various commitments pìù o meno piacevoli.

Perchè  non approfittare So these days still cold and a bit 'quieter location to retrieve some forgotten and why not also the aunt's gift?
will be happier to know that although we preferred to keep changing a bit 'appearance, will gain our house and ... the relationship with Auntie !

SALVADOR DALI
THE DREAM IS CLOSE

From the first exhibition of 1954, the Royal Palace proposes a major meeting with Salvador Dali , undisputed genius of creativity, freelance artist, unconditional, extravagant and romantic, the protagonist of himself, histrionic thinker, a conservative, a lover of the past but attentive to the changes of his age.
The exhibition is a collaboration between the City of Milan and Fundaciò Gala-Salvador Dalí in Figueres . It also relies on loans from major international museums such as the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg (Florida), the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen of Rotterdam and the Museo Nacional Reina Sofia in Madrid .

"... so prolific is the source of the paranoid visions." "I am not a fool." So wrote Salvador Dali, imaginative and surreal to the paradox that in itself was looking eyes that could see the world in a quest without end, against the passage of time with his abstractions and his watches fluids, where the dream is possible reality that illuminates the dark sides of our being. Make free thought, let your imagination exceeds the appearances. Look for a form, a style that expresses the ghosts of our solitude and our mind. Apocalyptic style, according Vincenzo Trione that anticipates catastrophes of our time: deserts, desolate expanses, disproportions and illusions, visions and perspectives enigmatic alienating. Uncertainty is perhaps the word that best expresses these strangely surreal but anxious to day and insanely beautiful. A universe that captures the vague disorientation that bare the unconscious and nearly every limit of human perception. "in this vantage point, the real and the sublime almost touching" . The painting is a mirror of emotions translated into signs, is the instrument which expresses the morphology of our psyche. Hallucinations that populate the desert landscapes of clear identification, "straight or serpentine landscapes that make up the tough, beautiful soul reflections of the properties closed in the earth" (SD). "Mornings are gay and wild, fiercely analytical and constructed, the evenings are softly melancholic, and olive trees (...) become still and gray. The thrill of the morning wake-up small waves in the sea bright; at night the water becomes still as a lake and that reflects the drama of early dusk. " "I feel most at home here in this place ... I participate in the cosmic rhythm of a drive. My spirit is in harmony with the sea, trees, insects, plants, and by that I reach a real balance, which is reflected in my paintings "(S. Dali). A fullness of correspondence with the landscape, a static mind ready to embrace change, bathed in a surreal and infinite light. Dali is a visionary non-existent logical order expressed through visions of a surreal naturalism and complex language meaningless where the landscape is not the place of architecture that the promise of a new classic to life with freedom for you to heal the defective appearance of the new century. Beauty is the violence of balance, harmony of concerns expressed between solemnity and evanescence, balance and chaos in the absence of narrative logic in emphasis of a bright cloudy.

There was once a factory Befana

still relive those minutes of waiting that separated me from my pack and the emotion that assailed me as I lean as possible to grasp the unique Christmas present.

paper that wrapped the parcel was metallic, red on the outside and silver inside, not smooth and uniform but with small irregular circles that were woven together creating the play of light.

The box did not contain toys but a lot of sweets, many wrapped in colorful paper, and it was just a big party ... because they are still grateful to the Epiphany of the plant!

A book to reflect on poverty ... yesterday and today.
